Order Process Send us an email with article, colour, quantity and delivery address.
Once we have received your order we will email you a price quote incl. freight costs and delivery time as quickly as possible.

Freightcosts The smallest products and quantities in our catalog can, if requested by the customer, be sent by post or courier. Larger volumes and quantities are commissioned by shipping agent. It is important to notice that the use of post or courier, in most cases, involves a greater expenditure than hiring a shipping agent. C-W Karlstedt AB calculates the freight costs individually for each order.
Delivery We will ship your order as fast as we can, normally within 1-3 working days of placing your order, depending on order quantity and stock status. Once your order has been sent to us, you will receive an email with the order confirmation including price quote, freight costs and delivery date.
Payment Payments will be made via invoice (net 30 days) or prepayment to one of our bank accounts.
Returns, Cancellations You have the right to exchange or receive a full refund on the items you have purchased within 14 days of their delivery. Exchanges and refunds are issued providing the garment/product has not been used and is not damaged. Original Wrapping must follow the return. Refunds will be paid to your bank account and normally take 4 to 6 business days after we received your return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. How to return or exchange an item:

Transport damages / defects Despite the use of good packaging, and the efforts of everyone involved to always provide you with
goods in perfect condition, transport damage can unfortunately still occur. In that case we will refund you the damaged items free of charge. It is therefore extremely important that you inspect your goods for damage when received. Where possible, document any damage found and record this in the transport/shipping documents. This is absolutely vital for later regulation of any issues. Should any product received by you suffer from transport damage, please inform us as soon as you discover it.
